HaLlOwEEn HiGh FaShiOn ConCePt ShOOt! { Family, Child, Model, Portrait, Utah Photographer}

I teamed up with my friend and fellow photographer Sonja Bair from Simple Things Photography to make this photo shoot happen! I love Halloween and making beautiful images so I though this would be perfect to combine the two. ;)

It was a FABULOUS day!! The first annual High Fashion Halloween Concept Shoot was a great success!! Our models were AUHMAZING!! and a huge thanks to Shanna Buhler for your amazing talents working with makeup and I LOVE the feather eyelashes you made! Skyler (Vampire), Tracey (Frankenstein Bride) , and Vera (Bucaneer) were terrific models for these concepts. We had a lot of fun creating them and even more fun shooting them!! I was the hairstylist for these also as well as photographer.A special thanks to Scot from World Photo Creations and Richard for coming and shooting with us last night it was a lot of fun. I can see many more of these sessions in the future!

Up, Up, and Away Sampson Family {Cache Valley, Utah , Children and Family Photographer}

I'm so lucky that I get to spend time with some of the greatest families ever!! That is pretty much all my clients! This session was so much fun! September we had some pretty crazy weather happening daily. We didn't know if it would be hot and sunny, snowing, or raining. Opps... Forgot the Wind!! On my way from Logan down to Draper as soon as I got through Sardine pass and saw the skies above Brigham City I was none to hopefully. Nothing but a wall of dust greeted me!!!!!! I couldn't believe it! I kept thinking "oh nice we are going to be doing this in a dust storm.. well thats a first!" As I arrived at Draper to my surprise after driving the freeway through Salt Lake I could barely see anything in front of me because of the dust; the sky was clear and there was very little wind!! WHAT!!YIPPY!! No clear blue skies though. No biggie! So needless to say the sun may have been lacking A LOT!! But our spirits and laughter weren't! The Sampson Family always brings their A game and will have you rolling with laughter in no time!! As we were packing up to go the clouds decided it was time to rain. By rain I mean DOWNPOUR!! Whew! Just in time. It was definitely a session I will not be forgetting any time soon!!
